Yes, in a single "send" in all implementations; this is related to file
size, and oddly enough thus far it seems to be HTML-specific.  After
thinking about it a bit, I haven't heard of such a problem with file
transfers (e.g., jazz) other than the known timeout bug, and it was
sending files WAY over 32kb in length.
