FYI,
According to one page at http://us-support.external.hp.com,
(the "About Document Types" page)
everyone should have access to Security Bulletins and to
Patch Descriptions.
But, the actual Search Technical Knowledge Database page
doesn't let non-contract users search Patch Descriptions.
(Yes, I've reported it)
Of course, if you've linked a Support Agreement number with your User ID,
this won't matter.
