During the summer, there was a thread about bad spoolfiles with a block
size error. I did not pay too much attention because we had been in
contact with the HPRC and understood that a patch was under development.
That problem had to do with spoolfiles generated within the Posix shell.

Now we have a new spoolfile problem with the same type of error (the
operators tell me), but this job had nothing to do with Posix.

My immediate problem is to get rid of the spoolfile. The file does not
show in a LISTF spfile.OUT.HPSPOOL. SPOOLF nnnn;DELETE cannot find it.
FSCHECK PURGEFILE was of no help. In ESPUL, I see the file is in a
delete state if I list the files for the job that created it, but I
cannot do anything else.

Thanks,
