He probably got the idea from reading last week's issue of PC week: in the
short article announcing the Vectra XW there's a statement about observers
speculating what this announcement might mean about HP's commitment to Unix
vs. NT.
 
And get real -- the announcement we'll see some years in the future is, "HP
drops Microsoft, focuses on printers".
