The sets list seems terrible, but the complexity and the performance
depends more on the paths. Can you add a graphical path scheme or a path
list?
 
Can not you merge some data sets?
 
Can not you split the database to more databases?
 
Can you define subsets of users using subsets of data?
 
 
SPLIT THE DATABASE TO MORE DATABASES, EVEN DABASES IN DIFFERENT GROUPS.
