We are having TREMENDOUS difficulties with support for HPFM on the
followung problem (not that the support has been great on any of the
other problems that we've had) :-

Error occurs in  STEP 5   (performs the data processing with the selected
                                          data for  STEP 1 or STEP 2 and STEP 3)

Directed get failed on ENTRY-HEADER / 150363
 
END OF PROGRAM

We've done a CHAINED unload on ENTRY-HEADER as requested by our
local HPFM support person.
 
All help will be greatly appreciated.
 
BTW is there any other way of getting support for this product
