S-70 to 969?? Wow.

The number of CM segments per proc is configurable in
SYSGEN. You'll probably want to kick yours up to match
however the S70 was configured (its been so long since
I've been on an MPE/V box I don't remember how to check it
. . .)

But on the 969 you can do this:

Logon as Manager.SYS
Get into Sysgen
Enter Misc
Enter "show re"

It'll then tell you what the max # of cm segs per process
is

You can then change it with re cmsegs=<newvalue> and the
hold, keep, and reboot cycle.

It looks kind like this:

CPUA>PUB.SYS:sysgen
SYSGEN version E.01.00 : catalog version E.01.00 THU,
