Ok...as I understand the "INTER" option, you're basically saying:
Please speed up the STORE by a very small percentage, in return
for making restoration of individual files MUCH more difficult,
and perhaps impossible (i.e., if a reel is missing).
Have you timed your backup with and without specifying INTER?
