Contigvol is not a defragmenter because it only identifies sets of
files, that if purged will create a given free area.
 
In practice you have to
1)change contigvol's list into an indirect store list
2)store and purge the suggested files
3)build a takespace file
4)restore the files from step #2
 
This process will freeup a contiguous area but the files 'moved' will
probably be more fragmented than their original versions.
 
Volutil needs to have the capability to condense a volume more importantly
volutil needs to have the capability to logically remove a volume from a
volume set.
