Hi Dan,
 
to add a vote regarding the "seperate list issue" ... NO, stay HP3000-L.
 
I think one of the strengths of HP3000-L is (or has been) not being too
narrow in scope and being open to multiple platforms (although MacSHIT
and Win95 and Riddles were a little bit too off-topic in my opinion ...
or at least spent too much bandwidth). We should stay in love with the
3000 but be open to the things around it to make openness, coexistence
and cooperation reality.
 
Some Unix people call themselves "open" and do not know much about MPE
or NT or OS/400 or MVS or whatsoever. Let's not make the same mistake.
