I believe that ODBC Link has the ability to call any code that resides in an XL
on the HP-3000 from the PC.  This product is available from MB Foster.  Also the
SQL environment administration is much easier than the Image/SQL DBE.
 
No I'm not associated with MB foster, I just tried their product and was very
impressed.
