OMNIDEX and ODBC

Do odbc conections (specifically via Powerbuilder) have the ability to use
third party keys such as Imsam and Omnidex.
 
The Imsam keys seem to appear fine but wondering if anyone has had any
luck using omnidex keys. If so how would you code partial key lookups,
etc.
