Well, Leonard, there really isn't a satisfactory answer, if you are a
TurboImage shop.  TI uses mapped file I/O to perform a large percentage of
its activity.  Mapped file access isn't logged in the system log files so
this makes any utility which relies on FCLOSE records less than adequate for
reporting I/O.
 
The only alternative is to get a tool which traps I/O at a much lower level
but I don't think one exists for this purpose.
 
Glance, by itself, offers little help since it doesn't log performance
information.
 
SOS does a much better job (surprise!) but you won't get I/O information by
file.  You can get it globally, by LDEV or by application.
