I've found the way to solve this problem is ride your motorcycle to the
conference pulling a small cargo trailer.  This way you don't have to spend
lots of time and effort packing 2 weeks worth of clothes into the small
storage area on a motorcycle (traveling time remember) and you have plenty
of room for T-Shirts, and Protos bears (oops, I just dated myself again).
