(a) Bring 2 suitcases. One empty, inside the larger one.
    You now have twice as much space on your return trip for goodies.
 
(b) Plan your meetings you want. At least 2 - maybe even 3 concurrently.
    Things get rescheduled/canceled. You don't have to spend a lot
    of time figuraing out what to do next if you already have an
    alternate.
 
(c) Be ready to undo your plan. As you meet w/vendors, speakers, etc
    you might get MORE interested in something you never heard about.
    You may hear via the grapevine that a particular speaker is / is not
    good.
 
(d) It is ideal to stay in a hotel within a block or 2 of the conference.
    If not able, then make sure you get a hotel that is on a chartered bus
    route!
 
(e) I find, unless you are staying over the weekend, rentals cars are
    a pain -- and usually sit in the hotel parking garage all week.
 
Based on the hours of this summer's schedule, I suggest you go to bed
by 8:00pm! :-)
