Nick,

Yes, you can create a distribution list with a name...

Click Address Book and click New. When the dialog comes up, click =
Distribution List...
When the Distribution List Dialog shows, click New (the rolodex card =
button) and enter the first name. Keep doing this (new/enter =
name-address) until complete, then click OK.
Be sure to give the list a name.

When sending mail with the Exchange client, just enter the name of the =
list in the TO field. If you forget the name, click TO, and your =
address book will appear. Distribution lists show in boldface.

Best Regards,
Joe Geiser

Subject: Microsoft Exchange

I notice the mail on MS Exchange. I use it and am relatively happy with =
it, except for one thing. I would like to enter a distribution list =
that I use all the into the address book. I know I can send to multiple =
addresses, but this means rebuilding the list manually ech time. =
Anybody know how to do this in MS Exchange?

TIA
