I concur with the earlier report, the HPRC has been uncharacteristically
bad the last week or so, particularly today. I was trying to report a
follow-up this afternoon and was on hold *20* minutes before finally
giving up and letting it slide until tomorrow. I tried again from home
and waited again with no luck. The first call had no "enter your call ID"
option and just put me on hold; the callback thing was working the last
time but then nobody answered.

Most unusual. I don't recall *ever* having to wait a noticable amount of
time for a response.

On the other hand, HPSL had good turnaround.

But I'm still waiting on the e-mail (or web form) call submission we were
told about at IPROF :-)
