If someone reading this lists works at HP and knows what's wrong with
the response center today, could you share that information with us and
let us know when it will be fixed.   Thanks.
 
Waited 13 minutes this morning to talk with someone.
Waited 8 minutes later this morning to talk with someone..
Call back program currently is not working.
Operator told me that West coast is down and can't look up any calls?????
