The version is MPE/iX 5.5.  Currently, it is scheduled in the 3rd
quarter '96.  As far as I know, it does support the network spooling
for LAN printers.
 
Yes, in fact 5.5 is slated to have net print support.  I might not be =
completely correct on just how it's being implemented, but if you're =
using Netware/iX or JetDirect cards, you can send spooled print to =
printers connected to these environments.
 
I can be done now with <plug> NBSpool </plug> which is what we currently =
use.  We're waiting to see what comes out with network print in 5.5.
