Perform daily operations in computer room for sizeable retail catalog
operation.
 
Duties include:
Answer I.S. help line, track requests and resolutions, relay requests to other
I.S.
depts where appropriate.
 
Perform console operations for HP3000 system, including scheduling of batch
processes and distribution of reports.
 
Perform simple equipment installation and repairs.
 
Requirements:
Should have own vehicle.
