Besides NetControl (as already proffered), you might investigate
NETTOOL.NET.SYS.
First you can use the NAMEADDR/ROUTING facility to view existing routing
tables and delete any entries, you can then use the NAMEADDR/CACHE facility
to inspect and modify the current cache. If you've a problem with a card
address having moved, you may need to go to the NAMEADDR/MAPPING facility to
clear some IP to MAC tables. Still, its all pretty easy, and relatively
non-invasive.
