You must first uncompress the file, it started life as perl5.mover.Z.  Get
into the shell and:
 
   shell/ix> mv PERL5.MZ perl5.mover.Z
   shell/ix> uncompress perl5.mover
   shell/ix> /TELESUP/PRVXL/MOVER -x perl5.mover
             ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
             or where ever you have mover stored.
 
You must also have MOVER A.00.02 (available on jazz if you don't have it).
 
Sorry for the confusing file naming conventions, but having to go through
a PC we can't keep the full names that would make the above more obvious.
