I have this problem that only stopping of time or traveling at the speed of
light can solve. MCBA Turboimage databases do not conform to the necessary year
2000 protocol.
I have contacted my supporting Vendor, Accudata, with no response!
Is it time to look for a replacement for my Accounting software?
I see several options:
1 - Keep my fingers crrossed and pray that the vendor will offer an updated
version.
2 - Replace the MCBA software altogether.
3 - Fix it myself using Adager's conversion tool and changing the programs
myself(I have source).
4 - Retiring on December 31, 1999 and becoming a consultant at a yet to be
determined outragous price and putting my HP3K experience to work.
5 - Packing it in completely, move to a tropical island and hanging up my
hammock! I just don't need the pressure any more. 30+ years of this is
enough!!!!!!!!

Are there any MCBA HP3000 Cobol users out there who know something I don't? I
would appreciate hearing from you. Or if there is a MCBA SIG or users group
could someone help me find it.

Somebody help me before they come for me with the straight jackets!
