Consider the following quote:
 
   "Based on our good work and listening to customers, we're in a good
    position to continue to do well.  But we have to adapt to the new
    things that go on.  And there's no better example than the Internet.
    If [we] had ignored the Internet, had not really been willing to
    change [our] plans around the Internet, we would have been a cash
    cow.  We would have been around a while -- we've got 5 billion in
    the bank and all that -- but we wouldn't have maintained our
    leadership."
 
OK, now think about the relevance of that to the 3000 (my purpose in
posting this), then guess the source and subject of the quote [it's
not HP].
