I need some help from anyone who has done a DCE Installation on the HP3000.

I have tried installing DCE and keep getting Registry Errors.
SECD.HPDCE.SYS gives two errors:

Registry: Fatal Error - Cannot register server
  at line 398 of file ../../../../../src/security/server/rs/rs_main.c - 0x16c9a0
16 - communications failure (dce / rpc) [16c9a016]
Registry: Error - DT received fault - 0x16c9a016 - communications failure (dce
/ rpc) [16c9a016]

SECCLNTD.HPDCE.SYS gives one error:

 SECCLNTD.HPDCE.SYS 04/23/96 16:25:57 - Unable to register override interface
 ... communications failure (dce / rpc) [16c9a016]

I am running MPE 5.00.05 on an HP917LX. I have tried numerous cell names,
keyseeds, cell administrator's principal names, passwords, etc. (I couldn't
find anything that said what format they had to be in). The network is
operational and I am the only one on the system (FTPMON is the only job that
is running at the time of installation). The system will sit forever
"Waiting for node self-identify to be established..."

Any help that anyone can give me as to what I am doing wrong would be
greatly appreciated. I have to get DCE up and running today!!

TIA

Judy
