Annoying Printer Problem

  We have a HP LaserJet IIIsi and a LaserJet Series II shared on a HP3000.
  When users send a print job from a PC application, an extra blank sheet
  of paper is fed, like a separator.  I have asked the response center
  about this to no avail.  Does anyone have the same or similar problem,
  and a solution?  The printers are connected to a DTC and we use Resource
  Sharing.  Thanks for any assistance.
