Apple for one, HP for another. All my HP developer discount agreements
state that they can deliver machines that are not necessarily new. Apple
says the same thing. Then again, I've always gotten new machines from both
vendors.
 
I actually don't care whether the machine is new, as long as it has a
new-machine warranty.
