The other day I was trying to set a new system wide udc file when the following
occurred. (What follows is a screen dump from that event with some
annotations).

I/O error on input. (CIERR 901)
No new UDC files were added. (CIWARN 2054)

Unknown command name. (CIERR 975)
endif <---- In case I was within some if command
This ENDIF command does not have a corresponding IF.
