Since I've actually been to the responce center this month and met with
Tony Simmons and the rest of the group, I might be able to shead a bit of
light on this subject. The HP3000 support group only has 8 people in it
(in the Atlanta office...the West coast office has another 6).
It also handles support for DTCs and the accociated management software
on both the 9K and 3K systems.
