Yes, I suspect you are correct... I saw this and was sure it was fixed in
5.0, but I located my old SR 5003261420 and found it was too late for 5.0,
so the fix went into 5.5. On 5.5 NETCP.NET.SYS will be on the SLT and the
initial update from the SLT will start NETCP so it will nolonger be
necessary to START NORECOVERY "SNR" following a install/restore.
