Ooooooo.... Ahhhhhh..... <groan> Somebody call 911!  I think I'm going into
shock!  This is too cool!  (Well, I haven't looked yet)
 
Thank you, thank you, thank you!  Ever since the introduction of HPSL I've
hated the fact that you could fetch 9000 patches yourself, but if you're on
a 3000, it's call and wait for the tape.  I'll save my remaining optimism
until I check out the site (if they're current, and indexed, then kudos in
advance).  Now hopefully the customers that elect this option which will
save HP countless time in media, duplicating media, and FedEx'ing the media
will be passed on to us, right?

Really nice, but you *might* want to consider FTP (like 9000 stuff) also; I
have no idea of the impact of ftp vs www on the customer base.
 
What is the delivery format?  MOVER?
