Not to get into the other areas of your post, but I saw this last
statement.  My understanding is that TI is *not* OS dependent.  In fact,
I have had TI 5.0 running on a 4.0 machine before MPE/iX 5.0 was
released.  There are some differences in how they accomplish certain
features, but I was not aware that there is a version that is OS dependent.
 
What was the specific requirement given to you?
