Hi all,
 
This is nice:  two weeks ago I could connect to any Allbase database from
any application through the HP ODBC driver without problems.  I try it today
and I get this:
 
MISSING USER PASSWORD (DBERR 35407) and the logon string -- with passwords
 -- is displayed.
 
I try using the PC next door -- same thing...
 
I try using the PC next door the other way: it works!
 
I try using the logon string from the working PC on my PC: no dice...
 
*Something* on some of the PC's has changed -- any ideas as to what I should
look for?
