There really isn't a (documented, supported, etc.) way to do this with
Native Mode program files on MPE/iX.  I believe that the :ALLOCATE
command still works for Compatibility Mode program files.
 
Generally, the MPE Memory Manager's algorithm for keeping
frequently accessed pages in memory is sufficient.  If you
have a problem case where this doesn't appear to be working
well, or had a specific need for a program to remain memory
resident, please post (or email) the details.
