Ok, I have to agree with Jeff... the HPRC can treat you like an idiot... :(
 
**** Venting Warning **** (imagine a submarine's "Ooogaah" horn)
I run a shop (read HP 3000 957 and Novell network) for 50 users and do=20
all the software and hardware support myself...I call the HPRC because I=20
don't have time to look it up sometimes!
 
Also, I can't afford on a non-profit budget to buy all the manuals!!!! =20
If I need help on Fcopy ... I either turn to the Listservs or the HPRC,=20
'cause I don't own the D*** manual!
 
Ok, I feel better now :)
