Ever had one of those days, when you could kick yourself for ignoring
the blindingly obvious, well I have just been thru a week of it.
I have just found the job which disables the account level UDCs,
performs a task and then enables them again.  Thanks to all
for the inventive solutions, I am sorry to have dragged you after
red herrings

PS The job actually turned off the UDCs so that our STREAM UDC
   would not cause ANSTART to abort.
