The product is CALLBACK/3000.  I remember using this many years ago.  The
folks at DESIGN/3000 (the company name) are always very friendly and
helpful.  I don't have their number handy, but it is usually in the
INTERACT.  I believe they are located in either Washington state, or Oregon.
