Let's see, Microsoft announced many of the details of the Chicago windows
release in Dec. 1993 and relased an early beta at this time to developers.
Microsoft delayed release of the final product several times until Aug., 1995.
So when did HP decide to start developing the 32bit ODBC driver? After they
rejected WFWG support (they said they were concentrating on Windows 95
instead...) so where is the driver when we need it?
