HELP: Old HPSlate file

I have an old Hpslate file which I cannot read with the current
version. It must have been created around 1987-8. Has anyone got an
old copy of Hpslate and, if they have , will  it run under MPE/ix 5.0
or MPE/V. If not, any other ideas on how I can make this file
readable.
 
HP cannot suggest a solution.
