I suppose that means Desk support isn't included in Powerpatch tapes either,
so we have to ask for this patch to get it.
 
Dear HP,
Why don't you send out this OpenDesk patch to everyone with a support
contract? It seems to me to be a pretty serious usability bug, even if not
an outright data integrity problem (it is perceived by our users as a data
integrity problem).
