I would like to add the following information to this topic:

1. Getting in touch with HP has been difficult for more than 3 years from my
perspective.

2. HP makes their major changes in the sales force on the fiscal boundary.
This is November 1 for them so this time of year is the *absolute worst*
time to get anything done vis-a-vis sales, IMHO.

3. I have *never* received a pro-active call from the sales farce telling me
that my account has been handed to someone else. In fact, I have had this
happen many times from sales and many times from the software support folks
(coordinators). I can't even begin to remember all the times I've called the
usual person and was told that 'oh yeah - your account is being handled by
so-and-so now...'.

Argh... I might as well run everything on a Gateway2k/NT. I've had the same
corporate rep with them for over 1 year with no interruption! And he returns
my phone calls...
