That's I've started working with VARs -- the better one are motivated,
knowledgeable about my site, knowledgeable about the technical issues, don't
try to sell me what I don't want, know about solutions offered by vendors
other than HP, and give me my HP discount (in fact, they often give me 1 or
2 percent better than my discount).
