Ok - this is not a mpe question (at least not directly). I probably should
know this, but the specifics elude me.
 
I was reading some internet text and it referred to RFC ####. I understand
that rfc is 'request for comment' and describes standards for internet kinda
stuff. The question I have is - where do I obtain these rfc documents. I
assume they are at some ftp site for the getting/reading. Anyone have a
pointer for me on this?
