I'm managing an in-house development shop, using an HP3000 987 and
writing applications in POWERHOUSE.
 
I'm looking for software which will:
 
     1.  Separate production and test/development environments.
 
     2.  Track and report code modifications.
 
     3.  Enable change control procedures.
 
At the same time, I don't want to create a wall so high no work will get
over it.  Anybody know of a good, affordable package which accomplishes
some of these things?   Any suggestions (either to buy or build) would be
greatly appreciated!  Thanks in advance...
