Well, subsys 43 is not defined. I suspect it is either 143 (the FILE
system) or 243 (SCSI TAPE Device Manager).
 
Because you have cut off the leading digit of the SUBSYS, I suspect it
is also possible you somehow did the same for the error numbers. Please
verify them and I will be glad to let you know what they mean.
