That did it.  In addition to the source file names, the destination specs
and any options for each file can be entered in a file and accessed through
the formal file designator 'DSCOPYI'.

I know you can specify a list of files to copy by putting them into a file e.g.
DSFILE and then doing :
 
:FILE DSCOPYI=DSFILE
:DSCOPY
 
and it will copy all the files but I don't know how that can be applied to
commands.
