Call STR (804-272-0746) and speak with Ben Bruno.  We use their FAX/3000
product here and have nothing but praise for it.  They have recently
added to the system to allow one serever box to provide fax sending for
3Ks, UNIX and PCs.
 
Despit the fact that I like the FAX/3000 product, I would lean toward
putting the PC FAXes on a PC server (NT) due to it's ability to
perform incoming FAX routing to client PCs.
