Backing Up 100 Gbytes a night

At a current assignment, I am looking how to backup about 100
GBytes every night.  We have three possible solutions.
1.  8 GByte DATS
2.  20 Gbyte DLTS
3.  3480/4280 IBM Cartridges
 
Multiple tape drives can be purchased if need be and
autochangers.  Actually price is not the problem.  We want a
feasible way to backup our system in no more than 4 hours.
 
If you are doing this how many tapes, and how long is your
backup under your configuration.
