Hi Paul,
The reasons why the option is failing in your version is that it hasn't been
implemented. I decided at release time that I should have another think
about any security implications before going ahead. There is little
advantange I can see at this time in adding the option. As you must
explicitly name the file to be sent, then you can easily follow this with a
:PURGE of the same name (provided CJCW = 0). If I was to change the method
to support wild-card expansion of file names, then I could see some benefit
of including the delete option.
The change to the code is minor though: simply check the bPurge flag after
successful transmission and perform then delete the file. If you have an
FTP site, I can send you a modified version, or 3 or 4 other users feel its
worthwhile, I'll make a general release of it.
