There are a couple of ways to do it.  QUIZ has the option of creating
a PORTABLE subfile.  This is not _totally_ ASCII data, but should be
loadable to most PC packages.
 
If you have Robelle's SUPRTOOL, you can do it another way.  This
involves creating the PORTABLE subfile, inputting it into SUPRTOOL,
and creating a ,PRN file that is fully ASCII data.  It's somewhat
long, so let me know if you need more info.
